Refund Policy

FULKLORE is operated by Alexandru Bran. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on song purchases and Listener Membership subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt email, or reply to the receipt directly. You can also contact us through the in-app support channels and we'll help route your request.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Listener Membership at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial periods outside of the 30-day guarantee.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
